Who we are
Kodros publishes Omarchy Deck. Tanner Osterkamp runs Kodros. In this policy, "Kodros", "we" and "us" mean Kodros. Questions go to tanner@kodros.ai.
What we collect
Nothing. Kodros does not host your Deck server and receives no data from the app. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting code.
What goes to your server
- Dashboard. The app loads your server's dashboard from the HTTPS address you saved, and sends your taps and dashboard requests to it.
- Sign-in. The first sign-in request carries your access token in the address. After that the app uses the session cookie your server sets. The first address can appear in your server's or a proxy's logs.
- Deck sections. Native sections such as feeds are read from fixed paths on the same server with its session cookie. Redirects to another address are not followed.
- Watch actions. Actions you confirm on Apple Watch go to your iPhone, which sends them to your server.
Whoever runs the server decides what it records and who can see it. If someone else runs yours, ask them about their practices.
What stays on your device
- Saved servers. Server addresses, the selected server and the app's display choices, kept in the app's settings.
- Sign-in sessions. Your server's cookies and website data, kept separately for each server.
- Dashboard snapshots. A small image of the last loaded dashboard for each server, shown while the next one loads. It may contain private dashboard content. It is kept in the app's cache with iOS file protection.
- Access token. Used once to sign in. It is not saved in the app's settings.
Sign in again clears that server's web data and snapshots. Removing a server clears its data and forgets its address. These actions do not delete anything on your server.
Apple Watch
The watch shows a few actions for the selected server and asks you to confirm each one. It holds no server address, token or cookie.
The demo
Try the demo shows sample content built into the app. It does not contact a Deck server or save one.
Purchases
Omarchy Deck Pro is an optional one-time purchase that adds more saved servers. Apple processes the payment, refunds and restores under its own terms and privacy policy. Omarchy Deck asks the App Store for the price and for your verified purchases. We do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment details.
Permissions
- Local network. So the app can reach a server on your home or private network.
The app asks for no other permission.
Retention
We hold no data from Omarchy Deck, so we keep nothing. Your server keeps what its operator chooses.
Your choices and deletion
Remove a server in the app to delete its local data. Deleting the app removes its storage. To delete data on your server, ask its operator.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email tanner@kodros.ai. We answer by email.
Children
Omarchy Deck is for people who run a Deck server and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If Omarchy Deck changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page.
