Who we are
Kodros publishes PumpChart. Tanner Osterkamp runs Kodros. In this policy, "Kodros", "we" and "us" mean Kodros. Questions go to tanner@kodros.ai.
What we collect
Nothing. PumpChart makes no network requests of its own, and it contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting code.
What stays on your phone
- Pump setups and lines. Hose, nozzle, elevation and pump values you enter, and the setups you save.
- Drill results. Counts and scores from drills.
- Settings. Theme, elevation rule, haptics, keep awake, department and engine names for the card, hose coefficients and relay limits.
- Pro status. The last verified store result, kept up to 14 days so Pro keeps working offline.
Sharing a card
Share opens the share sheet with the pump panel card PDF. Nothing is sent unless you pick a destination.
Purchases
PumpChart Pro is an optional subscription. On iPhone, Apple processes the payment, refunds and restores. On Android, Google Play does. Each does so under its own terms and privacy policy. PumpChart asks the store for prices and for your verified purchases. We do not receive your name, store account or payment details. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Permissions
PumpChart asks for no permissions.
Retention
We hold no data from PumpChart, so we keep nothing. Data stays on your phone until you delete it or the app.
Your choices and deletion
Delete saved setups in the app. Deleting the app removes all of its data. A device backup made earlier may still hold a copy.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email tanner@kodros.ai. We answer by email.
Children
PumpChart is a tool for fire service crews and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If PumpChart changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page.
