Who we are
Kodros publishes Priorly. Tanner Osterkamp runs Kodros. In this policy, "Kodros", "we" and "us" mean Kodros. Questions go to tanner@kodros.ai.
What we collect
Nothing. Priorly makes no network requests of its own, and it contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting code. No money moves in the app.
What stays on your iPhone
- Your journal. Each forecast holds the question, your probability, optional price, side, contracts and fees, dates, outcome, tags and notes. They are kept in one file in the app's storage.
- One setting. Whether you have seen the Sizer explainer.
This data can be included in your iCloud or computer backups, under your device settings.
Exporting a CSV
Export opens the iOS share sheet with a CSV of your journal. Nothing is sent unless you pick a destination. That app or person then has the file.
Purchases
Priorly Pro is an optional one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple processes the payment, refunds and restores under its own terms and privacy policy. Priorly asks the App Store for the price and for your verified purchases. We do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment details.

The Privacy Policy, Support and Terms links open in your browser. That website, not the app, handles the visit.
Permissions
Priorly asks for no permissions.
Retention
We hold no data from Priorly, so we keep nothing. Your journal stays on your iPhone until you delete entries or the app.
Your choices and deletion
Delete forecasts in the Journal. Deleting the app deletes the journal, so export a CSV first if you want to keep it. A device backup made earlier may still hold a copy.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email tanner@kodros.ai. We answer by email.
Children
Priorly is a general tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If Priorly changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page.
