Who we are
Kodros publishes ExtraSlip. Tanner Osterkamp runs Kodros. In this policy, "Kodros", "we" and "us" mean Kodros. Questions go to tanner@kodros.ai.
What we collect
Nothing. ExtraSlip makes no network requests of its own, and it contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting code.
What stays on your phone
- Tickets. Job, customer, requested by, reference, description, labor, materials, equipment, markups, status and invoice reference.
- Signatures. The signer's name, title, the drawn strokes and the time of signing.
- Photos. Photos you take or pick for a ticket are resized and copied into the app's folder. Photo location data (EXIF) is not requested.
- Company details. The name, phone, license number and email you enter for your PDFs.
- Settings. Theme, haptics and the acknowledgement text on your tickets.
Sharing PDFs and CSVs
Send opens the share sheet with the ticket PDF or a CSV of your tickets. Nothing is sent unless you pick a destination. The person or app you choose then has the file, including any signature and photos on it.
Purchases
ExtraSlip Pro is an optional one-time purchase. On iPhone, Apple processes the payment, refunds and restores. On Android, Google Play does. Each does so under its own terms and privacy policy. ExtraSlip asks the store for prices and for your verified purchases. We do not receive your name, store account or payment details.
Links and email
The Privacy Policy, Support and Terms links open in your browser. Email the developer opens your mail app. We receive only what you send.
Permissions
- Camera. Only when you take a photo for a ticket.
- Photos. Only when you pick photos for a ticket.
Retention
We hold no data from ExtraSlip, so we keep nothing. Data stays on your phone until you delete it or the app.
Your choices and deletion
Delete a ticket in the app to remove it and its photos. Deleting the app removes all of its data. A device backup made earlier may still hold a copy.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email tanner@kodros.ai. We answer by email.
Children
ExtraSlip is a tool for contractors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If ExtraSlip changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page.
