Who we are
Kodros publishes AmpHours. Tanner Osterkamp runs Kodros. In this policy, "Kodros", "we" and "us" mean Kodros. Questions go to tanner@kodros.ai.
What we collect
Nothing. AmpHours makes no network requests of its own, and it contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting code.
What stays on your iPhone
- Saved batteries. Each saved battery has a name, capacity, voltage and optional notes. They are kept in one file in the app's storage, written with iOS file protection.
- One setting. Whether you have seen the How it works card.
- Your calculations. Capacity, voltage and load values you type are used for the result on screen.
This data can be included in your iCloud or computer backups, under your device settings.
Purchases
AmpHours Pro is an optional one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple processes the payment, refunds and restores under its own terms and privacy policy. AmpHours asks the App Store for the price and for your verified purchases. We do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment details.

The Privacy Policy, Support and Terms links open in your browser. That website, not the app, handles the visit.
Permissions
AmpHours asks for no permissions.
Retention
We hold no data from AmpHours, so we keep nothing. Saved batteries stay on your iPhone until you delete them or delete the app.
Your choices and deletion
Delete a saved battery in the app. Deleting the app removes its file. A device backup made earlier may still hold a copy.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email tanner@kodros.ai. We answer by email.
Children
AmpHours is a general tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If AmpHours changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page.
